These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile applications published by AKKM Software ("we", "us", "our"), including ScoreClub (each, an "App"), and this website. By downloading, installing, or using an App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download and use the App on devices you own or control, for your personal or internal use, in accordance with these Terms and the rules of the applicable app store.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App;
• reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the App, except to the extent permitted by law;
• use the App in any unlawful manner or for any unlawful purpose.

3. Intellectual property

The App, including its design, code, text, graphics, and the names "AKKM Software" and "ScoreClub", is owned by AKKM Software and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.

4. Price and availability

Our Apps are currently offered free of charge. We may change the features, pricing, or availability of an App at any time, and we may add, modify, or remove features in future updates. We are not obligated to provide updates or to keep any App available.

5. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any scores, results, or announcements produced by the App are accurate. You are responsible for verifying scores and results.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AKKM Software shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the App. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

7. App store terms

Your download and use of the App is also subject to the terms of the store from which you obtained it (for example, the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store). In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the applicable store's terms regarding your use of the App, the store's terms will govern to the extent required.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. (Update this to your preferred jurisdiction if different.)
