This Privacy Policy explains how AKKM Software ("we", "us", "our") handles information in connection with our mobile applications, including ScoreClub (each, an "App"), and this website. The short version: our Apps collect nothing and send nothing.

1. Information we collect

None. Our Apps do not collect, store on our servers, or transmit any personal information. There are no user accounts and no sign-in. We do not know who you are, and we do not receive any data from the Apps.

2. Data stored on your device

Our Apps save your preferences — such as settings, team names, chosen language, and score configuration — locally on your device only, so the App can remember them between sessions. This information never leaves your device, is not accessible to us, and is removed when you uninstall the App.

3. Network use

Our Apps are designed to work entirely offline and do not send any data over the internet. Scores, settings, and all other activity are processed on your device.

4. Voice features

Where an App offers spoken announcements (for example, calling out the score), it uses your device's built-in text-to-speech engine. This happens entirely on-device. No audio is recorded, stored, or transmitted.

5. Advertising & analytics

Our Apps contain no advertising and no third-party advertising or analytics software development kits (SDKs). We do not build user profiles or track usage.

6. Children's privacy

Because our Apps collect no personal data, they are suitable for users of all ages. We do not knowingly collect any information from children.

7. This website

This website is a static informational site. It does not use cookies, analytics, or trackers, and it does not collect personal information from visitors. If you choose to email us, we will use your message and email address only to respond to your enquiry.

8. App stores

Our Apps are distributed through the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store. When you download or use an App, those platforms may collect information in accordance with their own privacy policies, which we do not control. Please refer to Google's and Apple's privacy policies for details about their practices.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and post the new version on this page.
